Our Philosophy

Next to family, work is the cornerstone of our lives.

It challenges us, rewards us, sometimes frustrates us, but it helps us acquire skills, insight, and know-how. It builds our self-concept as that of a productive, contributing member of society who partakes and who gives back. Unlimited Potential (UP) was founded to assist Saratoga County residents diagnosed with a psychiatric illness to find meaningful work.

Established in 1979, UP works with individuals who are in recovery after experiencing a mental illness. Mental illness can shake the confidence and disrupt a life, but with community support and a structured environment like UP, people are able to regain their confidence and employment.

Our Mission

The mission of Unlimited Potential is to increase the vocational opportunities of Saratoga County residents with mental illness by providing training and employment services. Unlimited Potential also seeks to improve the quality of life for eligible seniors through the Golden Club.
